Our philosophy of maintaining and embracing a Culture of Honesty is a guiding principle found consistently throughout our actions. Our Culture of Honesty is not optional, and levels the playing field within our organization. Corporate hierarchy does not exist as one employee is never above or below anyone else provided honesty is the foundation from which they stand. Under no circumstances do we believe that anything should supersede our belief in always operating and acting in a culture of honest with all those we touch.
